The only dif between the two is one says access: local and internet (this one works) and the other only says access: local How can I change the access??? Please & Thank You! Asked by Ruby - Thu Dec 4 09:13:48 2008 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. The laptop that cannot get on the internet is not getting an IP address from your router. Go to start--->Run--->type in cmd--->hit enter At the prompt type in ipconfig /release, then when it goes back to the command prompt again, type in ipconfig /renew (make sure you put in a space between the word ipconfig and the slash). See if that helps. Answered by MB - Thu Dec 4 09:26:18 2008 What is the difference between a local and national policy? Q. Hi there, I'm doing my uni dissertation and part of the intro requires me to include local and national policies regarding mental health. I know that policies such as the national service framework etc is national, but what are local policies? Thanks. Yes I know local means local to me, thank you very much. But all I wanted was an example of a local policy that you may know of in your area perhaps so it will give me an idea as to what it is about. Q. I've heard a lot from Libertarians running for President and Congress about what directions we should be taking. However, I would like to know what Libertarian candidates can do in the local government setting. How do Libertarian principles apply to the functions of local government? Asked by Justin - Sat Jan 12 23:53:48 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. Say your a mayor. You can propose that unnecessary property owned by the town or city be sold. Say the town owns two town parks instead of one. Propose that one be auctioned off. Lowering taxes is what you can do also. I've got a checklist of things to get rid of if I ever get elected in my town.
